I have asked, "How do I join the North Side Fire Brigade"? If you wish to join Our club, you are always welcome to stop in at 6240 West Addison Street, any weekday between 1:00pm. and 7:00pm. Speak with one of our bartenders, You can call 773-545-3883, or you can E-mail us at Northsidebrigade@aol.com We will need your information such as Your Name, Address, Phone Number, E-Mail Address, the Fire Company that you are presently assigned to, and or retired from.

To be a member of the North Side Fire Brigade, the applicant must be either a Firefighter and/or Paramedic, he or she must be a member in good standing with their local Union. Because we are a Union club, any person who has not honored any past job actions, or if they have knowingly crossed a picket line while a strike in effect, is not and will not be welcome as a member of our club. As stated earlier, we are a Social Club, made up of predominantly "Union Fire Fighters and Paramedics", We do have many Associate Members as well. Associate Members are also welcome to join the North Side Fire Brigade. An Associate Member is any upstanding person, who has been sponsored by an existing North Side Brigade Member. Each applicant weather applying for status of whole or associate membership will have yearly dues of $30.00. There is also a building fund of $100.00. The building fund is a one time fee. The building fund is not necessarily due at time of sign up. The building fund can be paid off in multiple payments during the applicants first year. The building fund is a way to help keep our club in proper mechanical working order. Any member who is in good standing that has paid both their yearly membership dues as well as their building fund, now has the right to rent the hall in The North Side Fire Brigade for their own private parties etc...

North Side Fire Brigade Hall Rental

Our Hall is perfect for a family get together, or just a gathering of friends. To rent the hall you must be a member in good standing. What this means is that, the member renting the Hall, is paid in full in both his membership dues, as well as the building fund. The member who rents the hall must be present at all times while his or her event is in progress. As of the April 10, 2006 monthly meeting, Hall rental fee has been increased by $25.00 to a rate of $150.00 with a $50.00 clean up security deposit.
