Rules for renting The North Side Fire Brigade Hall

1.. Please respect The North Side Fire Brigade, building and its contents.

2. The North Side Fire Brigade's Hall can  only be rented to a member in good standing, both yearly dues and building maintenance fund are to be paid in full before hall will be rented.

3. The member responsible for hall rental, must be present at all times while the event is in progress.

4. The cost of renting the hall, at The North Side Fire Brigade  will be $150.00 with a $50.00 clean up, security deposit. Monies will be paid in full to reserve hall in reservation book.

5. When renting The North Side Fire Brigade 's hall, You will have use of the back portion. The North Side Fire Brigade Members, still have the rite to use the font portion (Bar) of the club. You may use the whole club, if no members object.

6. The key to the North Side Fire Brigade  may be picked up a few days prior to your rental date. The Key must be returned within one week of hall rental date.

7. Members renting The North Side Fire Brigade's hall must furnish their own food and drink.

8. Thermostat is on a automatic system and MUST NOT be altered from the preset position.

9. Ordering anything from Direct TV will result in refund forfeiture.

10. NO CONFETTI! This is impossible to clean from the floors.

11. Please do not Cause any disharmony with any of our neighbors.

Clean-up Responsibility  

1. Garbage Must be taken out to cans located in rear of building.

2. Floors must be swept and mopped.

3. Tables wiped down.

4. Tables and chairs returned to proper placement.

5. All lights must be turned off upon exiting building.

6. Stove must be turned off.

7. All Doors must be locked.

Remember this is your club, treat it with respect.

By Signing this contract the member agrees to abide by all of these rules, and is monetarily responsible for any damage to the building or its contents.

Please leave the club the way you found it, or better.
